What Is The Procedure To Transfer The Name For Properties Procedure For Name Transfer Of Property ???

Procedure for name transfer of property ??? - what is the procedure to transfer the name for properties

In the testament that was written that the father of my children have received the country and has the right to sell or transfer ownership. Now, come on behalf of my father, but by the will must be in me and I am the son. The problem now is that my father has siblings who were not born when he wrote the will. But now, during the transfer of ownership to my name, I fear that the brothers would (2 Bros.), my father ask for your participation. So I want to know what this country legally brothers share, although not mentioned in the will? If so mean to me the procedure!

Thank you very much! :)

If the will says the property is for your father to son, and you alone are the only son of his father, the house is completely his brothers and his father can not say.

But you have to probate court to the will of the Madras High Court for transfer to his name.

In the letter to point out that his grandfather wrote the will. If the will of his father, then he has every right to own property to whomever you want, give written. Because the property is located in the name of his father and hoped that "their children" all children have a right from your father. But his father, the brothers had no right.
What is the procedure to go through a permit. Only then in May a new name to be identified.

"Son of my father." Of course, you are entitled to their shares. And if they know it will probably ask. And they were right as an expression of your father, "Children of Mine," The children are in the majority which means that, even if they do not have a child at the time wanted to have all children "the future".
