In search of homes in the website of Washington DC has a security card and the number of sex offenders in the area is incredible. Actually dangerous areas allocated in the area of gangs in California and Miami to Boston to compare. In these areas, on average 0-1 per quarter perpetrators radius of one kilometer, while DC is 6-7! Darts others, as some were scattered around a board, while darts DC has exploded as a factory! I am very concerned and would any information, such as.

If you live in a safe place and deal with the suburbs
Reston prove Northern Virginia, the coaches that have underground lines, so it is very easy for passengers

Ashburn surprisingly good for travelers, it opens right onto the toll road

In my experience, have the most cities have blocked an ex-field, but rather pockets or DC. It took some time for me to imagine that the blocks can be and should not.

I like living in Capital Hill, but beware, you must normally be in the vicinity of the capital - with low numbers and letters.

The area around Howard University is the worst. In fact, for some reason it seems that all the regions, the green line was bad enough.

City, knows from Dupont to Georgetown is safe. If security is an important issue of crime, and want to live in the area, I recommend you stay west of NW 16th St, or on Capitol Hill between the Capitol and Eastern European market.

Penn Quarter near the MCI Center, about 9 to 5 and in southern Massachusetts, it is also quite strong.

If you are familiar with urban life, there are other areas is 16 years old, who are still comfortably safe, but you have to be careful. I live in Brookland, which was one of the other auditors, is in my opinion, certainly mentioned, but I would not recommend any new urban life. There are even sites to look for the Anacostia River, OK, but if you know what you do, I also recommend against it.
